We have decided to upload some of the documents and permission slips that you will be required to fill out upon registration (Feel free to print them out and fill them in beforehand). These are essential to the proper running of the camp, and for the protection of your child(ren). They will be strictly adhered to. Field Trip Information
We would like to keep the camp to a maximum of 20 children. We will be hiring extra staff for outings and beach days, so that the ratio is never higher than 4:1.
With regards to the adventure part of the camp, we will be taking the children on a few carefully selected adventures that require leaving the camp premises. The location of the field trips have not yet been settled, but they will be posted as soon as they are decided upon. However, written permission must be provided by all parents and guardians for those children joining us. These field trips are purely optional and the days for field trips will be designated on the camp calendar so that you can make alternative arrangements for your children on those days if you prefer your child not to go on a particular field trip. In saying that, we would like to place a strong emphasis on the fact that all field trips will be carefully planned, and adequately supervised with extra persons, so as to create a safe experience for your children. You can all rest assured that your little ones will be in good hands, and for all those parents or guardians who are available on the field trip days, please feel free to join us in our adventures! please feel free to contact either of us, or both of us, with any questions and/or concerns, so that we can clarify those for you.
Please be advised that the pool will be barricaded off from the children, so that at no time will they be near the pool unless they are swimming. However, in light of that, we do prefer that your child(ren) have some level of ability to swim. Please note that when we have swimming activities, we will have additional persons for supervision to ensure your child(ren)'s safety at all times.
